dont have a PC

i was wondering if anyone could help me out i dont have a buffer/polisher so i do everthing by hand.i was wonder what i would use on a really badly oxidised car that i could buy at a local auto store that would give me some good results that i could apply by hand.

i intend to buy a PC soon but i just moved to florida and have to take care of some other things first. so any help would be appreciated.thanks

thanks for the help i will deffinatly look for these at my local auto zone.

also the paint is so bad that there are pin head size rust spots starting to form in spots so how bad am i?

i just got the car its an 87 maxima and i dont think it was ever waxed or detailed till i got it so i am trying to make it look as good as i can till i get a PC or if its to late then a paint job
 
what about turtle wax polishing compound is that even worth waisting my money on or should i just spend the money and get something that you guys told me to buy?

I'd use one of the products already mentioned. You should also buy some clay and do that after you wash, but before you apply the one-step product. The little rust specks may be on the surface and the clay will pull them out. You can get Clay Magic, Mothers, or Meg's clay locally:
