Does my leather have "black heads"...won't come clean!

The leather in my STS seems to have dirt stuck in all the little pores of the hide--almost like black heads. It is tan, and looks good from afar, but it is far from good! The Turtle Wax "Emerald Series" leather cleaner/conditioner that I use does not seem to be able to lift out the dirt. This product works well on the leather in my Aurora, but the Caddy's leather seems of a different type (with all the little pores in it).

Is there a product/procedure that I can do to get the leather to come thoroughly clean?

Last month I received Zaino's leather cleaner; used it on the new (to me) red Jag that has beige leather seats which the P.O. must never have cleaned. Wow! The cleaning was not just effective, but easy. I agitated it with the soft-bristle brush DavidB sells, then wiped off. Voila!
