Does FPII stain trim?

I recently used FPII, RMG, and CMW on my truck. Yesterday while washing it I noticed some white marks on my black trim.



Anyone else experience this?

did you tape your truck up good prior to polishing? and yes i would say fp2 will definitely stain trim

IME FPII won't stain trim but it'll leave white marks if left on trim. For me it comes off trim with a general purpose interior cleaner that I have in my shop and a brush.

I'd agree. I wouldn't say it "Stains" trim, though the "build up" can be hard to remove if left there to dry. Magic erasure (or any knock-off) pad will remove the residue best. However, taping off all plasic and rubber prior to polishing is preferable.
