Does BF Metal Sealant contain cleaners?

Am I correct that BF Metal Sealant (like BFWD) contains no cleaners and can be layered after it has cured?

i have a motorcycle with polished raw aluminium wheels ....i basically have to lightly polish them before every ride to keep them looking good.....how long will the sealant last for this use?

You are correct, there are no cleaners in BFWD or BF Metal Sealant. The metal has to be clean and polished (oxidation free) for best results and it can be layered.

How long it lasts will depend on the conditions it has to protect against. You will get at least a month (likely much more). If you keep a fresh coat of sealant on them (much easier to use the a polish) then your polishing amount will be cut drastically.
 
Todd, will ACC be offering the BF Metal Sealant in a sample size or maybe a 4 oz. quantity? I am using a sample from AG. I estimate I will get 8-10+ applications (1 application= 4 wheels) from my 2 oz. sample.

On chrome wheels, the shine and slickness are fantastic. The application is like BFWD...super easy on/off.

I too would like to see smaller even 8oz sizes available as I have so many things I want to try but 16oz sizes make it hard to use everything up fast enough.

I am not sure on the sample sizes, but I will check into this.
