Does anyone know if my leather is clearcoated?

I just bought a 99 Grand Cherokee off of a friend and it only has 20k miles. The seats look like new still, but I want to keep them from wrinkling like my old GC's seats did. I was wondering if anyone knows if Chrysler clearcoats their leather. I put some water on it and it doesn't soak right in, but it does eventually dissipate. I really don;t want to cake conditioner on the seats when it's not meant for conditioner.
