Well, I'm not knowledgable about some of your products, but you need to clay your paint. And you probably should pick up a dual action polisher, like a Porter Cable.

For your interior, you'll want a protectant such as 303.

Spend some time reviewing this site. You'll find all that you need to know.

You want to polish by hand and your paint has no swirls? I'd be very surprised if you havent detailed your dodge before and its from 2003 and it has no swirls - And buffing/polishing by hand is relatively useless, takes absolutely forever for small results compared to a machine.

well it barely has them, it just that my paint dosent shine no more, i think it has oxydation

silver doesnt show swirls very well, so you probably do on a truck that hasnt been detailed since 2003... but if it doesnt bother you then thats what matters.. do what looks good to you.. if you do just have oxidation you want to get rid of, and want to do it with OTC products.. id go with the color-x first by hand. follow that up with youe #26 (im not super fond of 26, but itll work.. do all this of course after you wash.. and like furd is right about needing a protectant, i also notice you didnt list a glass cleaner... color x is one of the best OTC products IMO. good luck
