DIY or OTC bucket creeper?

I'm not really looking to purchase this from an online vendor, it's more of a curiosity than anything else. I don't have a garage, and my carport is uneven and has cracks.



Wanted to potentially play around with it, and easily return it if I can't use it. I'd also be interested in making one, if that's possible.
