I just purchased a bissell little green machine, the proheat series one, and it is not as efficient as I thought it would be. I just think it takes too long to set it all up with the hot water and the formula, only to see it get used up real quick when you use the spray feature. But maybe its just me, maybe I was using too much, although it didnt really seem like it. N e ways, I also think the hose is a tad short, it got on my nerves trying to get into a comfortable position to use it. To top it all off, I used the extractor/suction feature on the machine and then I used my wet/dry vac to compare, and I noticed that the wet/dry vac was like twice as good at sucking up the excess dirt, water, and formula. I guess I should have done some research first to see if I really needed it. Now that I'm on the subject, what is a nice efficient way of extracting after cleaning/shampooing mats and carpets? Is it really necessary to buy an expensive extractor like a mytee, or is a wet/dry vac sufficient?
