disposable polishing cloth

I've been reading through many threads and everyone recommends using MF towels to wipe off wax/sealants. Have anyone ever tried these disposable polishing cloth from Germany? I've seen them used at the Mercedes dealership and sold in paint supply stores.

They are expensive here, about 25cents each. I didn't have the heart to try it on a real car though. Wasn't that impressed when I tried it.
