Greetings Autopians:

How about a posting on discontinued quality products no longer manufactured? Please mention brand name and how the product benefited your detail work. we can keep an eye out on these as we travel down the detail road. Thanx for your input! :rules:

Looking back farther, Pinnacle's Creme Glaze was a nice one-step; I still have a bunch of it stashed away.
 
MPPC is one of the all time great paint cleaners. It's still available from Better Car Care.

Final Detail, an awesome QD.

APC+. It's been replaced by something else that's great, but it was still a fantastic product.

Tom: I suggest the new Optimum APC. It's a bit stronger than APC+ with almost no sudsing and its a non-caustic, butyl based cleaner. I like it a lot.





Discontinued products I liked, well, I'm with Tom, I liked the APC+ until I discovered the Optimum.

Optimum makes an APC? If it suds less than Meguiar's new APC I'd like to try it.



As for discontinued products, Meguiar's #16 for me.
