Dilution questions; P21S Gel Wheel Cleaner and P21s TAW

This is sorta a crappy answer 
but you can dilute them as much as you like...just remember that the more water you add the weaker they get.
For wheels I'd try a 50:50 dilution. For the TAW it depends what you're using it for. I probably end up using it straight most of the time, and I use other products for jobs were diluted TAW might work. I used to use it diluted (also about a 50:50 mix) for wheelwells until I found cheaper stuff.
