Diluting P21S wheel gel?

Was wondering if anyone diluted their wheel gel. I know the gel is for heavily soiled wheels. But is it okay to dilute the gel if the wheels are not extremely dirty. I believe it to be a water based product but will it be a waste of my time and product if I cut it just a bit.

I haven't used P21S yet, but I've been using a similar product for a while now and I almost always dilute it and get the same results with it. Just take some out, dilute it and give it a shot to see what ratio works best!
 
Since my wheels are never totally shot I dilute the P21S Gel into a 1/2 Gallon sprayer and fill with DI Water. I never have any problems. I wet the wheels, make sure they are cool and use a Pump sprayer.



Only time I use full strength is after the winter when I do a re-fresh.
