Different product or pad?

Yesterday I tried to remove some light scratches from my car (the scratches can not be felt with finger nail) using #80 and a green sonus pad, then tried DACP with an orange pad, but they stubbornly remain,

I used DACP the way Mosca described in his thread, and also working the product until it began dusting, PC speed was at 6, I made 4 passes with very slow movement.

Should I use a more aggressive pad?, if so what pad? Megs, LC?

Help and advice greatly appreciated.

Thanks guys

You can always try moving up to a LC yellow cutting pad. The only problem with that is that you might get some hazing that you would have to remove with a white polishing pad.

You might want to try #83 with a cutting pad and then #80 with a polishing pad.

Thats what I plan on doing in the spring with some scratches that I have on my 350Z.

Yeah, I wouldn't use a more aggressive product (at least not from Meg's) with the PC so your only real option is to use a more aggressive pad. Switching to a 4" pad is another thing you can do to make the PC behave more aggressively.
