Hey guys, I picked up a bottle of the AAP Zymol and it said to apply it in straight lines? I went against that and used the standard circular motion...what's the purpose for straightline applications?
The idea is that if you're gonna mar/scratch the paint, then the straight scratches won't be as noticeable as circular ones because of the more limited angle of view. I don't worry about it; I worry about marring the paint at all
Consider that a PC is *random orbital* and it doesn't cause problems. Nobody says "you shouldn't use a PC because it doesn't go in straight lines"
