I went to lowes to pick up some things and noticed they had a PC 7336 is this the same as the 7424 if not what is the difference seen it for $120

Well, they're the same except for the backing plate and counterweight 
Both of which are easily (and inexpensively) changed. I have both machines, and now that I've changed those parts a bunch of times I can't tell which PC is which.
