Difference in s100 and p21s

From your experience what differences are there between s100 products and p21s products, namely s100 wheel gel and p21s wheel gel. I was at the local Harley dealership the other day and picked up some s100 wheel gel and s100 paintwork cleanser. I've read that s100 nuba and p21s nuba used to the same product, just relabeled. Is this still the case? If so, is it the same thing with the wheel gels or other products?

BTW, I made a thread similar to this, but it got bonesawed in the crash, so if it pops back up, sorry about that. :hmph:

Actually it is not exactly the same product. There is a slight chemical difference between the two (namely P21S and S100 wax), but most people would never notice the difference. There's also a difference between S100 Total Cycle Cleaner and P21S Total Auto Wash.

There's no good reason why they would re-package the same product for the motorcycle business for considerably less money. If anything, economies of scale would dictate that the motorcycle products should actually be more than the automotive products.

I've worked in the motorcycle business for 20+ years now and have chatted with them about this subject.

Having said that though, will you notice a difference in performance or looks between the two? Probably not...

From looks alone my P21s 100% & s100 look identical. I haven't tried my s100 beside the 100% yet. Too many other products to test before I try these. lol

I swear by s100 total cycle wash- Nothing else comes close on my bikes - it is the only wash that really gets all the nooks and crannies of a bike. (Very slimy feeling stuff but add + pressure washer = super clean)
