dg105 or 1000p paste wax

I was wondering what type of results you all liked better for those who have used both. They are 2 different animals i know but my truck ( metallic grey) has 105 on it , I put 1000p on the hood today but cant really tell which is favorable for look , depth , wettnes durability.



I have done multiple coats before of 1000p and i know it looks like someone put a few layers of clear coat on it. I guess my main thing is doing a 1000p by hand vs the 105 by machine . Is it worth it ?
 
IMO, 1000p is a favorite. I have both products and I prefer 1000p. However, if you have both products, put down 105 and top it with 1000. Hand v. Machine? It easier and quicker to do it by hand for me, never done either by machine.



If its going on a dark solid non-metallic color, I would pick neither personally, but on all other colors, I <3 1000p.
 
I hit the 105 coated vehicle with 425 and thats what started me going , I've been strictly using DG stuff and went to QD w/425 and forgot how good that stuff looks .
