111 will do nothing for swirls or spider webbing. 101 *may* help via PC, but it really isn't formulated to remove swirls/webs either. You could try it and see what happens, but I wouldn't build up high expectations, as the 101 just isn't a swirl remover. Your best bet would be to use a mild polish via PC, then move to 111 for the sealer. If you have 105 locally, I'd highly recommend it compared to the 111. 105 is a very new formulation with many benefits, whereas the 111 is a very old school formula, although it still works well too.
