Detailing shower?

I have seen threads on cleaning and polishing showers and shower doors before, but I guess they were lost in the crash. I have older tub and shower surrounds that could look a lot better as well as glass shower doors, both of which "love" the iron rich water I have.



Anyone have suggestions of what techniques or products have worked for you? I don't want to start too aggressively and make it worse. I have a variety of the better OTC products plus Poor Boys SSR 1 and 2 and some other products. Have a PC too, but only the 5.5 pads so far. By the way, I know NOT to wax the floor. LOL

I cleaned my shower a few months ago. I tried various products with my UDM: PB Pro Polish, DP Glass Polish, and A-MAZ (ned to google but was a recommendation from a windshield replacement place).



A-MAZ worked best by machine but it was very finicky. It was a thick paste and I had to clean the pad after each section. It clogged the pad as you would think. I used an orange 4in CCS pad, and lots of pressure, with lots of A-MAZ -- less is not better. I was able to duplicate it by hand with significant pressure but again a fresh pad or applicator was key to remove aged water spots.
