Detailing 2008 - My Efforts

With 2008 now drawn to a close, I thought I'd post some pics of the cars I've had the opportunity to work on through 2008... I'm a detailing enthusiast who has been lucky to work on some simply superb cars and work with some great detailers (blr123!!) who I also consider to be great friends - this post is a tribute to them!

Its not just been details for me this year though, with extensive traveling of the UK, and many more miles on the trusty Volvo ... Detailing meets are becoming more and more popular which is a great thing as detailing becomes ore widely known.



While not the biggest meet, the one that certainly took the most organisation logistically was the Big Wax Test, which went a long way to showing just how little an LSP actually offers looks when the prep is spot on!! .. A few pics of a memorable few days of preparation:

And none of us there will forget who reversed over one of Harley's buckets...

The final teaser pics for me saw it all, and are a testament to the efforts put in by Gaz W, Harley, drive n shine and blr123 over the three days to get 7 cars fully machine polished and waxed - simply superb guys, and this meet would not have gone ahead without your efforts! I made some great friends over this meet, machining and prepping the cars and its a few days that stand out to me in 2008.
