I have never ordered from Detailers Domain, but I decided to give them a try based on some comments on this forum regarding their amazing customer service. It was 7:30PM Pacific here when I called and 10:30PM in the East Coast (where they are located). I expected to get an answering machine, but instead I got Phil :shocked. He answered all my questions and was very friendly and professional. Who else would answer a call from a customer that late on a Saturday night? It is true, this guy has incredible customer service. Awesome job Phil! :xyxthumbs
 
Recently made my 1st purchase of P21 Wheel Gel and Lusso Oro from Detailer's Domain. Shipping was very fast, and customer service was excellent! :bow
 
I started buying from him and I am very pleased. Is his place as big as Autogeek or other places No but he gets your order out the same day and you get a tracking number the same day (if his items are in stock) I bought Lusso Oro this week and hne sent me the Lusso Oro cream and a great microfiber for free. the shipping price was $6.76 He's very fair and very fast. I hope his business grows and grows
 
Just so everyone knows, Phil at DD does not make ANY money off shipping charges, unlike some others. What HE pays to FedEx or UPS is what YOU pay. It doesn't get more fair than that, right?



Personally, I would rather support the little man than the large conglomorates.

I am sick and tired of the shipping charges at AG. Phil also takes care of business really quick.
 
I remember first really getting into this stuff and called him about the PC, polishes and pads I ordered from him. I was really frustrated with the results I was getting. Well, after about a 30 min. conversation and sending me some video links, he got me on the right track. I remember he was sick and could hardly talk, but he walked me through it.
 
Talk about dedication. As he said to me yesterday, "it is an addiction." Not only is he addicted to detailing (as most of us in here), but he is also addicted to great customer service.
 
Yeah..Phil is prompt and provides AWESOME SERVICE. Buying/learning from him have been an exceptional experience! Thank you, Phil!
