According to the customer he took it to a detailer only a month ago but when i started working on it it was almost as if no one had clayed it, polished, or added a sealant on it. There were also tons of deep scratches sadly. So I asked him about it and he told me the previous detailer used a clay bar that was black(prolly from continuous use), and that it only took an hour for the detail. My guess, the previous detailer dropped the clay bar and did not care about the guys car and continued to scratch the paint. But luckily with patience I was able to fix all the previous detailers mistakes.
