Detailed my dirty engine

Well after the rough chicago winters, i decided to clean my engine today.

Process:

Megs APC 4:1

Random Brushes

Karcher Pressure Washer

Meg HyperDressing 4:1 (sprayed on and let it dwell while i washed the car, then wiped it off after car was dried)

OCW on all painted surfaces

Huuuge improvement. I bet you could eat off that engine, if you wanted to. Great job.



I think that Meguiars Hyper Dressing is the best engine dressing out there.

Nice work. What would you say allowed you to clean the engine the best (pressure washer, APC or brushes)?

i didnt cover anything up, i was just careful around the fuse box



i think that the pressure washer helped the most but the the APC did a great job, i sprayed it on and let it sit while the dirt just ran off, i really didnt use the brushes like i thought i would

what kind of intake do you have?? that box sure does take up alot of room, ive never had mine out..
