An extractor is a fancy word for a carpet shampooer, or a steam cleaner as some will call them. You can find this one on Bissel.com to find out more info. The "professional" level ones with heat tend to start around $500.....by the looks above, it did just as well of a job. Now the Mytee and others will have the edge over carpets that are totally gunked up, but that isn't my focus.
I will shoot you over a picture of a 98' Landcrusier I did a few months back. It is Maroon, but was really dull, until I went to work on it

The Wheels got Meg's "Hot Rims" gently scrubbed in, sprayed off, then washed with Adam's Wash n' Wax soap and a wash mitt. As for the tires, this one got Poorboy's Bold n' Bright.

SSR 2.5 definitely fills the gap....I really like it in the sense that I have been using Meg's DACP. This really did not have the hazing of DACP, came off easier, and smelled great!! Worked in well with the PC starting a 3 and finishing at 5. It's definitely a product for those "medium" type condition cars or just dark cars like the one above if all you want to do is a 2 step polishing process. I doubt it could be a stand alone polish, although it was getting dark when I finished buffing it....I will have to look at that next time. Can't beat the $15 or less when it comes out!

Thanks for the kind words!! :bigups
