Well, after my recent posts about wanting to detail cars with micromarring, swirls or oxidation, it finally happened. :045:

Today my first car came through, he came up from Virginia this morning to visit his GF's sister for the next two days. Arrived here at around 10:00AM; got to work at 10:30-10:45.

Here's what I get to work on today. :088:

Look closely by the lights on the left and on the right :002: Swirls on the right, none on the left.

Customer came around 3:50PM and was ecstatic. Turned out great. :023:

5.5-6 hours, wasn't too bad. It was exterior only. I've had some cars come in with less work needed than this and take more time.

Was definitely a good car to work on, really showed improvement after 1 pass, and was near perfect after the 2nd.

Your time sounds about right for the paint being that bad.

Really nice turnaround, very noticeable in the half/half shot. :)

BTW; I was so excited knowing this really is what I want to do throughout my college years and perhaps even longer after that! I'm talking to my sister about getting her boss (lawyer) to get me an LLC.
