- Spray down w/ hose again

- Spray w/ 303 Protectant

- Use towel to rub it in

Second Step - Wheel clean:

- Wet wash mitt then "dunk" it into soap bucket

**note** When washing w/ mitt, don't put your hand inside it. Just put your hand on top and glide it across the car. Less force is used so less chance of having anything happen to the paint.

- After you have glided the mitt over the car, "dunk" it 1st into the bucket w/ just water to clean it off. Then "dunk" it back into the bucket w/ soap.

*Repeat till car is clean*

- Get MF towel and begin drying :D

- Don't wipe the towel in a circular motion. Always do it in straight lines.

*Would have sheet rinsed the car but couldn't get the nozzle off :D *

Step four/five - Polishing:

- Plug in your PC7424 and get ready to have fun.

IMG_0304.jpg

- Put on the orange pad.

- Put a small ring of Menzerna Intensive Polish around the outside of the pad.

IMG_0314.jpg

- Take the PC and "smear" the product from the bad onto the panel of the car you are going to be working on.

- Start off w/ PC on #3 to "wipe" in the product to the paint.

- Turn it up to #5 and take your time going over the area.

IMG_0306.jpg

- Go left to right making sure to overlap as your coming back on your passes.

- Then go up and down w/ the same method.

- Once your area is done, grab a MF towel and wipe off the product

- Stop to take pics of your goofy reflection.

IMG_0324.jpg

- Followed those steps till I was done.

- Took off the Orange pad and now put on the white pad

- Applied menzerna FP II and did the same-steps that I did w/ the Intensive Polish

Step Six - Waxing:

- Take the white pad off the PC and put on the Black pad.

- Apply small ring of PB EX around the outter edge.

- Smear it on the same way as you would a polish.

- Set speed on PC to about 4.5

- Glide PC over area you are waxing.

*This step goes much quicker then polishing.*

- You don't have to go as slow as you do when polishing and can cover a larger area at one time.

- Wipe off w/ MF towel and proceed to next panel till finished.

Step Seven - Tire Dressing:

- Apply PB Bold 'n Bright.

IMG_0345.jpg

- Simple as that :D

IMG_0346.jpg

Step Eight - Pictures:

- Take an obscene amount of pics

- Gawk at the outcome :D

Congrats on the upcoming vehicles as well... where are you from? Is this a full time job or part time gig?

I looked at the first pictures and saw the swirls and said to self, hmm, not too good. Didn't realize until I saw the AFTER shots. Duh! Great job.

Located in Albany, NY. Right now I do it on the weekends b/c I have a 9-5 job. I just started up the business this year. I am hoping it takes off so that next year I can just go full steam and do it FT.

Doing it on just the weekends makes it hard to re-schedule appointments. Had to re-sched. 2 for this up coming weekend b/c of weather. But in about 2months or so the job I have now, my hrs will be noon-8pm. So that way I can do a detail in the AM then go to work. Do what ya gotta do I guess

Toyota is definately hitting the market hard here with those Scions. I don't think I remember seeing them 5 years ago. I got to say that Scion is one of their best yet.

yup, the first tC was released as the 2005 model, so there weren't any before 2004 :). I don't like what they've done for 2008 but its irrelevant as a redesigned tC is imminent (well, in a few years hehe).

And definitely a great job! Although... you might want to advise the owner about those Bridgestone Potenzas :bolt

I've always liked Black Sand Pearl. I own a Flint Mica tC myself (its the greyer version of what you just detailed). The flake is amazing, I agree!

great job! I can't wait to order my Menzerna and all the other things I want to pick up. I hope to get my tax return tomorrow :D New products here I come!
