Yes another BLACK Supra. This is my third one in a month and second one within a 24 hour period of the one I did Friday. I got to the clients house at 10am right after he changed the wheels. Yes, the wheels he put on are the same wheels as the one I did on Friday!!!! Except these are not a drag setup like the other ones. This was is also a single turbo set-up like the one on Friday and running over 500rwhp. The entire car has been repainted (clearcoated as well, since Supra’s are single stage paint) at some point and the front end was repainted a few months ago. I wanted to go a little more perfect on this one since I had more time to spend and more paint to play with.

Process: (Exterior Only)

Wash and clay

EC with orange cut @ 1500rpms (Multiple passes)

Menz FPII with white polish pad @ 1500rpms

Menz 106FF with blue finishing pad @ 1000rpms

Pinnacle Souveran by hand

Wheels polished by hand with Flitz

Total time took: Got there at 10am and left at 11:30pm-ish!!!!! Over 13 hours just on the exterior!

Pics – pretty much raining all day and obviously when I was done is was dark. I did the best I could with pics! :(

Stunnin work, that's some awesome reflective depth to the paint. Hope you paid accordingly!

Again, awesome work! What did you use to polish those wheels with?

Flitz Metal Polish...Also can be used on Glass, fiberglass, paint, plastic etc. Pretty versatile but expensive at the same time. Lays down pretty good protection for a polish and seal combo!

01bluecls- Yeah, that turned out great, nice work!

How do you compare the OE ss and the repaint with b/c (besides the flat surface of the repaint, yeah that guy did a nice job)? I'm usually a sucker for nice ss so I'm curious about your take on the two cars.

wow even better than the first!!!!

13hrs wow that is a long time~!

At first I thought I was gonna only have to take 9 hours but after I started getting the first panel pretty close to perfect, I thought I really want this car to come out close to perfect all over. I would say its about 95% swirl free. The 5% are swirls that were in small areas (A-pillar and certain areas of the side skirts and read front bumpers areas I couldnt get my 4inch pads to manuever around.) I polished those areas by hand but the results are always going to less then machine polished results. BTW my back hurts really bad. Between Friday and Saturday I have put close to 22 hours detailing two black supras!

Wow, that one shot with the OP-less panel is something else. The depth is incredible. The photos you took are really great. Big thimbsup on this one. :)

Once again awesome work, I love seeing the work you do!

Thanks for the info. on your rotary usage in the other thread, you are def. a pro at the rotary it seems!

All I gotta say is AMAZING!

I love supras, but a lot are just raced and not detailed to look good.

This one has both now :)

The paint has great depth and reflective look! :goodjob

I went through two cans of red bull, 1 bottle of zip fizz (vitamin water) a meal at McDonalds and a apsirin for back pain! :) Thanks for the compliments

Diesal MDX - I did just havent had a chance to reply, sorry. Thanks for the compliment on it though. It has gone through some recent changes and I try to update it all the time :)

Great work! Every Supra you pros do seem to have so little OP. They look nice. I was actually going to ask you how much you ate working straight for 13 hours. That's like 4 meals for me and probably almost a gallon of water too. hehe
