Detail Training in Idaho

Just letting everyone know that I'm off on Sunday for three days of training with Renny Doyle. I'm going to keep a blog and upload pics each night on my detail site..

A few pictures from today. Sorry for slow download--I'll fix that when I get home.



Tomorrow we are dry sanding and doing a full ext. detail. We were about to do this today and then we took readings on the black 300Z- 3.3 was the thickest area on the hood so that meant no sanding.



There were surface scratches galore- I was able to use 105 for the first time with Flex and wool polishing pads and white foam with 205. Boy, that combination works very fast!! Under lights, it was amazing how well it came out. Up to now, I had tried UNO and Opt. Hyper with foam pads.



We'll see how tomorrow goes, but am excited about another full day.
