I have to do a bmw detail the owner has some small spots that were chips and let go. they are now rusty spots what would be the best way to fix them. One of them is actually the size of a quarter.

Body shop IMO would be best bet.

nothing small I can do to get it looking good for now some of the rust is on top of the paint were it ran down the car is there something I can do to at least get that off.
