I've been watching this forum for some time and actually have used the Autopia guide to detailing for training my employees.
My name is Todd and I run a brick and mortar detail shop in downtown Minneapolis. We just started the operation last fall but I have been detailing for many years being a car enthusiast.
I work at a convenience store that also does quick lube, full service work, restaurant, towing, and now detailing. The chain has 8 locations around the Minneapolis/St. Paul area and if I can make this work in the downtown location I plan on opening up detail operations in the other locations as well as mobile.
This forum is a great wealth of knowledge and opinions. I hardly have the time to keep up with new products, or even existing products for that matter, so its nice to have a reference.
Given the seasonal temperatures (and the recent April snow storm :wall ), I'm glad the summer is finally approaching but it also makes me worry about this next winter already. How do you others keep busy in the winter months?
