Deluxe Wax today with a Few Freebies

I did this 99 Ford Explorer Today At TG LEE and got 3 more appointments afterwards. Very nice day. Took me 1.5 hours and I did the engine for FREE and Conditioned the Leather.

Didn't take none of the engine before because the guy didn't say anything about it when I started it but I did do it :D

Ok this is my first time doing this so bare with me.

-Cleaned Engine w/All Purpose Cleaner
-Washed with Wash N Wax (AM)
-Cleaned Tires With w/ All Purpose Cleaner & Non Acid Wheel Cleaner (AM)
-Dried Vehicle, Jams, & Under Hood
-Vacuumed & Wiped Enterior
-Dressed Under Hood & Tires with Tire Shine (AM)
-Applied BC-2 & Banna Wax (both AM products) to Vehicle with an orbitor (not a buffer/polisher/or pc)
-Took Wax Off
-Conditioned Leather
-Cleaned Windows with Sprayway Glass Cleaner
-Wiped Vehicle with Micro Towel for final wipe
DONE!

I hope I posted that right. I'm currently using all AM products but trying to expand to PoorBoys and others after I get a better understanding of them. I've been using AM for the last 5 years so I know what works and doesn't.

It would've took you a couple of hours. like how many? I had my competitor tell me the samething today when he called getting my prices :D
 
Depending on how dirty the vehicle is a suv will take me 2 hours to clean wheels,wash paint,dry then wax. The engine takes me around 30min to clean and dress. Then the windows take me another 10 to 15min. So almost 3 hours, I guess I'm slow.

I wouldn't say slow. I'm sure you go through a different process. It has taken me 7 years almost to master my process. And I think I will be change it a little once I get the poorboys stuff.

1 hour - Wash vehicle, clean wheels, clean engine, dry and wax
10 mins - Dress tires, engine, and inside wheel weels
5 mins - Clean Windows
15 mins - Wipe Inside and Condition Leather

I have a Wash n Vac tomorrow morning. Been slow the last couple of days. I set my box out today. The owner told me he WANTS them put in his other 5 lube shops...LOL

I spent half of the day looking for vans......Kinda want to get out of my trailer. When I go on the Military base here, I can only get on through one exit...then have to travel MILES to get to where I am going. When I could got there in less than half the time through other exits......

It'll come. I'm still trying to figure out what to give the winner in my box and also where to put it. Sorry to get off topic I'll post in the correct thread
