Client found me here on Autopia in the Canadian subforum (Thanks Autopia:up)
Car was recently detailed by someone who has no business detailing and the result was this:
Ended up compounding with 105 and white in some places and 105/orange in other areas. With the soft-as-can-be NHBP Honda paint, the 105 was marring up the suface and leaving it's own buffer trails. M205 /white as a finishing step took care of that no problem, and the car finished out beautifully. The job was pulled off at odd working hours lol... 6pm to 5am so we didn't have a chance to inspect the entire car in the sun. However, I compounded and finished out the hood right when I started to that we could at least check that combo in the sun; we were good to go; all halogramming pictured in the top photos was corrected and the surface was LSP ready. I spoke to the client this morning and have been told it is good-to-go in the sun! I am sure he will see this thread and post up his sunshine pics... Anyways, here are a couple 'during' shots and a bunch of after reflections. My click and brags are not going to have many 'during photos' for the next while, as I just bought a DSLR and I have NO idea how to use it haha! All my pics turned out pitch black with a halogen light in the middle lol... Here is the only pic of the hood under lighting that turned out, followed by a few after-205 shots, followed by after LSP shots:
Thanks for looking!
