Deep scratches on glass (pics)

I was curious if anyone has used any of the Paintless Dent Removal companies in the Chicago area? Can you personally recommend any of them? What should I watch out for?
 
A client of mine wants to have me detail his E55 AMG but before we do that he is concerned about these scratches on the windshield. They look like they are very deep and if they were on paint you'd need a wool pad at least maybe even wetsanding. But since its on glass I'm not sure what would fix this, if its even possible. Any advice?
