Deep Finish Swax . . . durability?

I'm really interested in ordering some Deep Finish Chrome since there's been such positive feedback on it lately. However, I would hate to order just one product and then pay for shipping. I don't need QD and I don't need Aluminum polish. So, I was thinking of getting some Swax.

I was thinking Swax might be a good base for my winter protection. Typically I put down a couple layers of a durable sealant (yuck!) and then a couple layers of Collonite 845 which gets me through most of the winter.

So, I'm wondering those that have used Swax if they have any ideas about the durability of the product.

I think its too early to tell durability for the people that have used it. I have some and used it twice. I have talked to Todd(screen name TH001, or something) and he said that you have to apply it very thin. I asked him because I had some problems getting it off. I guess I applied to thick. Anyway, the people I've seen use it are happy with it and once I figure out how thin is thin I will probably use it more.

I have used deepswax and can not comment on the durability yet. Maybe in a few months I can but not at this time. It however is a great looking sealant for sure and can be layered for increased depth and gloss. I did a black Harley with it posted on here.

The chrome polish is a non abrasive polish that does an amazing job at cleaning chrome and also leaves a polymer protection coat behind as well and it does sheet water away. I have some on my friends wheels that I did over a month ago and they are still excellent looking and still sheeting water. A must have product for sure! Very easy to use with NO foul smell at all. It actually looks like chocolate syrup and smells like it too.

The aluminum polish is amazing also and does amazing wonders on dull aluminum and metals. It is also very easy to use and leaves a poly coating behind as well too.

These are now my new favorite metal polishes. It's funny, my old favorite metal polishes were actually made by him also. When I found that out I bought these in a heartbeat. His older metal product line was a local product sold in Napa's here. Small world!

I wish he had more excellent products like this on his site. I got the whole kit as it was at a discount.

You need to use a foam applicator. I was using a MF app at first and it was hard to make it go on thin. A foam makes it glide easy. I let it sit on for 45 minutes and it came off very easy. You can also let it sit in the hot sun and it will come off easy too and cure faster.

You can use a pc with a blue foam pad.
