Deep Clearcoat Scratches

Today, I found about a 4 inch scratch on the top of my bumper right under my trunk lid. It's pretty deep but I still see paint. The width of the scratch is thin. However I can definitely feel the groove with my fingernail. It's like a key scratch. Maybe someone keyed the top of my bumper. Who knows. I am wondering if it is possible to get a bottle of clearcoat and use a toothpick to carefully fill in that scratch and have it look back to normal?



Any suggestions are welcomed.
