Dealership Washed my car....:(

Guess Do Not Wash was not clear enough?

Cannot wait to see the finish in the AM. I was working late at work so I picked up my car through the showroom and as soon as I pulled up, I knew it looked too clean.

A quick shot with the brinkman when I got home did not show anything bad, I hope the EXO v2 was dealer proof.

Fill you in tomorrow.
 
Damn. Good thing you had EXO on there. Next time maybe add a Do Not Wash sign?

Sorry to hear. I have had this happen too. I try to always take it in a little dirty so I can tell if they try to clean anything. I do posts signs in the car too.
 
I have two do not wash signs. I put one on the dash on the drivers side and one on the console in between the front seats. It seems to do the trick. I generally don't ask them not to wash it because that just ends up on the service ticket and the service ticket usually stays with the service adviser and doesn't get seen by whoever gets in the car.
 
The good news is, the car in the light of day does not show any ill effects from the washing. Not that it was a great job but as long as I don't have to re-polish, that's all I care about.
