Dealer doesn't have #80, is #9 similar?

I'm looking for a Meg's product to follow up after #83 DACP. I've heard #80 was a good way to go, but the local Meg's dealer (actually the parts dept. of a Mazda dealership) doesn't carry the #80. They do carry #3 (don't have a rotary) #7 and #9. Which would be the best alternative to #80?

I plan on following this with K-Twins, and then P21s Carnauba.

I'm looking to get this today, so thanks for your quick responses!!

I agree #9 is a good step down after using DACP. You can also try to see if they have #82 SFP. Or you can always use some Clearkote Vanilla Moose.

#9 is a good next step. Don't let a lack of a rotary prevent you from trying #3 Machine Glaze. It gives a very wet look like #7 and it easier to remove. You can use it by hand with no problems.

Thanks Scott. I may pick up a small bottle just to try it out and see how it compares. The first car I'm doing is metallic silver. I think I'll work for a "wetter" look on my red bimmer and a friend's red jetta.
