DawnBlue,does it strip Blitz and Klasse

New guy here,,:bounce :D



In January I applied

1-2coats of 3M Imperial hand glaze

2coats of Klasse All In One

2coats of blitz



So tonight I decided to wash it with Dawn Blue,I had heard that it will strip all of the waxes,is this true???

It seems that the car has the same feel and luster as before washing with the Blue!!



It a Black car if that helps any.

Should I apply the process again 3M,Klasse,Blitz

Welcome to the forum! Dawn removes all waxes, but not polymer sealants like Klasse All-in-one. So just add a layer of Blitz, and you'll be fine.

This forum tends not to use the 3M IHG because it does not remove the swirls, it merely fills them in. Like make-up. We usually use 3M's abrasives, such as 3M Swirl Mark Remover, 3M Finesse It II, and 3M Perfect It II Fine Cut Rubbing Compound.



So, just Re-blitz, I would recommend some Klasse Sealant Glaze for the car though.
 
Other than removing swirls ,is the IHG good to use ,My car has not 1 single swirl:D

Should I Klasse the car one more time and then Blitz it ..

That and the AIO took off the covering up affect of the IHG.

Use Dawn, then AIO, then Blitz. Like Jay-C said, put a few coats of SG inbetween your AIO and Blitz step :)
 
Wow Black car without one single swirl very nice..



If not one swirl, just make sure the paint is silky smooth. Klasse AIO once because the paint should be perfectly smooth and because I think AIO and SG go hand in hand. Then put on the coats of Klasse SG. One coat a day for 5 days, then by the end of the week you should have 5 coats, and you can Blitz it.



Just wash teh car before each coat to make sure it is perfectly clean and the time between coats will let the polymers in Klasse cure.

Maybe the 3M IHG does cover up the swirls,from what everyone is saying,the Klasse is still on protecting the 3M IHG..



So now I need to get some Klasse SG

.

Tonight I will to Klasse AIO and then order the SG (it's 1am time to do some Klasse)

Actually the Klasse All-In-One isn't protecting the Imperial Hand Glaze, 'cause it isn't there anymore! All-In-One is a chemical cleaner, which will remove the IHG.



And I know I'm swimming upstream, but I think Dawn is a bad idea.
