Dark Streaking on Violet ChromaFlair Paint

I completed my first detail job on my car. I followed advise from the forum detail guys. With a PC, I used PB 2.0 to remove minor swirls, then PB 1.0, PB EX and Souveran. The car looks great except I noticed the hood has some dark streaking.
My question: Is this common or did I do something wrong. Should I just re do the hood?
If you guys were wondering Violet ChromaFlair Paint is a metalic paint that is metalic black at night, metalic green in bright day light and voilet in the shade.
 
Try applying some more ex over that area then removing it before it hazes, this should remove the streaking.
