Will Z-CS bond with Wet Glaze? I plan trying this product to hide or fill in the remaining swirls that I can't get with the PC.

This is my setup since I plan on using the PC doing 1 secton per day next week (hopefully)

-Polish (sonus/menz/3M/Z-PC)

-Z-AIO

-2 coats of ZFX either with Z2p or Z5p

-Danase Wet Glaze

-next day Z-CS

-next day or wash Z-8

Hopefully this isn't overkill, but I tried a sample of Speed Glaze on my hood and it added some depth on it, and made that part of the car looking good.

Michael,

The Danase Wet Glaze test I did worked well with CS. What I did was pre-wipe with Z6, not Z8, several hours after DWG was applied over ZAIO. Topped with CS

Another wonderful combo is ZAIO, DWG, Z6 wipe down, Z2PRO/ZFX in morning and CS that evening or next day.

You will have plenty of time with your vacation coming soon. ;)

Have fun! :wavey

Jshillin,

Do you have a black car?

Did you take pics of the finished effort, and if so, can you share?

Yes, my car is black and I do have a few shots, but nothing close up. The car was horrible when I got it and it took me all day to get it to the point it is now. The entire car was swirled and scratched. The sides of the car came out beautifully, but the top of the car is too far gone. I used SIP on a Yellow LC pad, followed by RMG on a white LC pad, Z6 wipe down, Z-CS, Z8 the next day.

Looks good from here.

I'm not sure what RMG is, but you think of using Menz 106FF with White pad prior to Glaze, at least on the top trouble area?

All but the top looks good up close too! The original owner only believed in washing, nothing else. I'm not even sure what they washed with because it was swirled horribly!! Nothing helping the top except for a repaint, which I plan on doing over the winter. The paint on top is wearing away, you can see the primer coming through in spots.

Thanks

I've used Danase wet glaze under other sealants like dg 105 and they bonded good, so I'd think you'd be ok with using it under the Zaino.

I am waiting on a shipment from Pakshak for some FK FX-100 Ultra Spray Glaze that I am planning on putting on top of Z-5Pro (3x per Bence's recommendations) and then putting ZCS on top of that to give it9 durablity. Hoping to get a richer luster.

Good to see other's have had success putting ZCS on top of other glazes.

Wow, three layers of Z-5... nothing is worth all that time and effort in my world unless it's my second car where I can do it over a week... Bless you! :)

I'm praying that you have dry conditions.
