Danase Speed Shine vs FK425?

I have yet to try Danase Speed Shine but I use 425. I like and borderline love 425. I know I am going to try a QD product that I love.

I use 425 on windows in/out, paint, mirrors, wheels, plastic, LCD's. Its a champ but I know there is better somewhere. I flew threw 3 gallons since the summer. (I use Z6 and Z8 for sealing, 425 is a QD for wax onlt with me)

Yeah, I've been using 425 too, but always in search of something better.

Speed Shine seems appealing for some reason, although it's a bit more expensive than 425.

I have used both.

Personally I like well-rounded QD's...FK425 doesn't have enought cleaning ability (hardly any at all) to function as a versatile enough QD for me. DSS has great lubricity and cleaning ability that makes it suitable for all jobs, and it also finishes out more easily--FK425 tends to smear for me. FK425 when fully cured has the slickness advantage, but not by a tremendous margin...DSS is very respectable. Overall I'm a big fan of the DSS, while I found FK425 to be respectable but underwhelming. It depends on what exactly you're using QD for.

Jason, the 425 keeps not only the 1000P's and/or the 2180's look (it even enhances them a bit) but it is able to "blend" all kinds of LSPs together. So when you are testing different LSPs panel by panel, just spray on the 425 for a wonderfully uniform look.

Thanks Bence

I have some 425 coming hopefully monday and I was hoping it wouldnt change the look I have with the 2180/1000P. On my metallic blue 07 Camry SE I prefer this look over the 2180/PW
