Daimer KleenJet 175 vs TR5/TR6

Hi guys I'm looking into getting a steamer and I'm having a hard time deciding between these two. The Daimer KleenJet Deluxe 175 is on sale for $429 which is half off msrp. Seems like everyone likes the TR5 but does anyone have the Daimer KleenJet 175? The sale ends on the Daimer unit this Tuesday so I need to make a decision very soon.

We are unfamiliar with the units that you mentioned. But we have TWO TR6s sitting in the corner, hoping for repair...

I bought a TR5 about two weeks ago. I am not too impressed with it.

I have a Daimer 300cs that I paid $749 for and it is more than sufficient for what I use it for.

I have their 1500C and it's good, but I wouldn't mind more power.



Daimer customer service is very, very good IME. Nice to have when they need work, and steamers *can* need work.



Oh, and it seems like Daimer steamers are always "on sale" (scare-quotes intentional), so I'm not sure I'd make prompt purchasing a huge priority. Heh heh...now watch this be a *real* sale after all! Don't miss out if you're certain the 175 will be potent enough for you. I myself would want more than I suspect that unit offers.
