a favorite combo of mine.



washed, alcoholed down, dacp2x with yellow, then alcoholed again, gepc x1 with white, then quick shined, then s100, then quick shined.



used VM on the trim / wheels / Chrome

that, "silver car", is actually that black car! I have no idea what he did to induce those marks, but they are gone now.
 
the after pic with the siwrls, a little bit if wax residue there, i cleaned it up after, just wanted a goo dpic of the starburst afterwards

What exactly are the two alcohol steps for, and why before AND after the DACP step? Are you trying to remove previous fillers, and then trying to remove any fillers that the DACP may leave behind also?

yes and yes. i find that before i buff, i like to get anything off the surface that i might have accidentally put there (fingerprints, oils etc...) any kind of build up a wash didnt take off.



as for using it after dacp, dacp contains polishing oils, and I don't care for them. So i removed them, and replaced them with the oils from the gepc, which I find are much glossier.
