Cutting IP with a glaze

I've read in other posts where people will cut IP with RMG 70/30 in order to extend the working time of the IP. How do you physically mix the two? Do you, for example, put three small dots of IP on a pad and one dot of RMG or do you add them to a dedicated clear plastic bottle in the right proportions and shake to mix well?

Also, I do not have RMG, I have Menzerna Finishing Touch Glaze. Can I do the same with that instead of RMG?

I have been using 3 pea size dots with i pea size dot of rmg and it works great.

Mixed 70/30 in one bottle, shaken and applied (I haven't used it for ages)

I'm a little concerned that RMG would hide some marks and make you think you got them out. Prepsol or IPA wipedown maybe

What would you follow this combo with?

Menzerna FP/VM or FP/CG's glaze maybe

I was thinking of finishing with PO106FF and then the menzerna glaxe I have. When I'm out of that, I'll probably pick up some RMG from Danase.

Try the Danase Wet Glaze, or Speed Glaze (not sure what it's currently called). It is great stuff.

I "mixed" up some IP and RMG. All it did was turn into a clumpy mess over time. I'm just not so concerned with the amount of dust that I get from IP enough that I have to wipe down each panel before moving on.

It's now called Danase Wet Glaze. I just picked up a bottle and it's pretty nice stuff. According to Danase it can be put over or under either a wax or a sealant, and can be layered. Smells good too. I'm not sure how it would work mixing it though since I haven't tried that.
