Just wanted to leave an attaboy for the AutopiaCarCare staff. I ordered a few products this past weekend and received them yesterday. One of the items was a 6 pack of Super Plush towels, but I received Gold Plush towels instead. I called customer service and explained the situation, and without questions they apologized for the error and told me Super Plush towels would be sent. In less than five minutes I received notification of order, and this morning I received notification that the products were sent.

I agree customer service here is great. Probably one of the best that I've ever dealt with. It really does make a person want to keep ordering from Autopia.
 
So nice to hear a compliment, seems the only time people mention the CS department is when they have a negative experience. Autopia really makes me feel like they appreciate my business.
