Cure time for EX/EX-P

JaCkaL829

it was my first time...
I know the general rule of thumb is to allow a sealant 24 hrs to cure in between coats. My question is if i'm applying 1 coat of a sealant should the finish be intacted for at least 24 hrs??? Reason I ask because I detailied my aunt's 626 last Thursday night. I finished putting a coat of EX on it around 9 pm and the following Friday it was like tropical rainstorms all day. I'm wondering if the EX will last as long as its normally suppose to, or if the rain had any ill effects on the curing time???? My first experience with WG was very similiar except worse. I put a coat of WG sealant on a black focus around 2pm then from 6pm on till the morning it was a steady drizzle. It had really bad durability needless to say and i'm wondering if EX will do the same???
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks!

Nooo - the cure time is just the time between applying layers - you should be fine with whatever happens to it (well maybe an earthquake or firestorm would be bad :lol) - just be sure the finish is clean before applying another layer -

I find the durability of EX-P to be great so far. My daily driver is outside 24/7 with lots of rain, washes, etc and it is holding up very well 2 months in.
