I placed an order two weeks ago, didn't receive a shipping info but I got a receipt. I emailed and called them about it, no reply.. and still no package :hairpull anybody experienced this? tia

They then reprocessed my order and threw in a whole bunch of samples of products for the mistake and my order was at my door 3 days later. Try to give them a call about, they have great customer service and if there is a mistake they will make good on it. I would try giving them a call.

Milky 08....Ive purchased numerous times from Chemical Guys and never experienced a problem.
Given your situaton, and knowing the staff at CG, it would behove you to call and speak to them.

thanks guys tried emailing them a couple of times at their sales add.. no reply. also called them last week at the toll free number and said my order was processed.
I called their direct line a few minutes ago, they're now checking my package they were very helpful indeed :xyxthumbs

Off topic but kind of related, sorry. When you buy from Chemical Guys do you have to place big orders since they look like they sell in bulk or can the average enthusiast place a $50 order? I know it sounds stupid.
