first id like to say this is a very informative site, alot of information here. I want to keep my car looking good and have done alot of reading on this site. I dont know much about paint care but am learning. I have a basic plan for taking care of my paint, let me know if I am on the right track.



1.wash with Meguiar's gold class

2. Klasse aio for cleaning/prep

3. Klasse sg or Wolfgang sealant

4. Meguiar's #16



Is this the right order? Should I do this once a month, more or less? Any advice,criticism or recommendations are greatly appreciated, thanks.
 
Looks good,You might clay if the paint feels gritty after washing and you may need another polish step after claying if you have swirls in the paint. You can use the 16 every month and then do the aio, sg, and 16 every 3 months.
 
Most definitely clay first. You will be amazed by how much better your paint looks and feels after using clay.

If you decide to go with SG after AIO. I would layer the SG. Put on 3 layers before you go with the #16. Wait 24 hours before adding another layer of SG or the #16, SG needs to cure.

I think that you will like the AIO. I know that I do. I practically use it on my whole car. Windows, trim, rims, chrome just about everything.

You might want to consider a polish before you use the AIO. AIO is really a chemical polish and not a paint leveler. It will make your paint look better but it wont remove scratches.
