Weeekend warrior here getting some more interest in my services. Fixing to get a flyer put together to hand out and wanna see what you guys think. I'm in east central Mississippi. Using 3d line of products along with Meguiars detailer line. Is there anything I should add or take away from my packages

Honestly my guess is your pricing is somewhat on the low side. What stood out the most was 2 step polish $175. I'm thinking no. I live where the cost of living is low and I can see myself charging double for two step that included full interior. Even as a weekend warrior that's only going to attract the wrong crowd. I don't know your cost of living #s for your area and competition, but assuming low like mine I think that's selling yourself short.

What is the Market out there where you live ?

Have you gone by other Detailing Shops and looked at their pricing ?

How much experience in years do you have with all aspects of Detailing ?

Is this part time, full time ? Who are your target Clientele ?

How do you rate your skills ?

All other shops around here jus offer a wash wax by hand simple cheap production run. Most don't even get all the wax off a vehicle, so I feel like I can do better than that. I been doin most of my own vehicles for several years but really jus sparked the fire again and tryin to make a go at it on the side. Done a few cars for friends and family and their friends are calling. Cost of living here is low but I'd rather do 10 high quality jobs and be paid than 100 for nothing , as this will still jus be a side job

In my opinion way to low. Your ultimate detail is something I'm charging upwards of $500 for and I don't offer AIOs but it's something I have for those that may request a more budget friendly detail, nothing less than $280 for that. I didn't charge those amounts when I started 9 years ago...

I would check your market for an understanding in prices and services offered.

well, if you wanted an honest opinion.

it all just looks meh.... just a bunch of short descriptions with nothing eye catching. if youre talking about the packages you put together.. it all depends on what youre comfortable doing to your clients vehicles.

i say throw together the flyer and let us critique it

For me, i make it as simple as possible. How much is my time worth for this type of work? How long will that work take me?

from my experience, nobody calls a detailer for a quick cleanup. I'm going to be dumping those options once I launch my new website in a couple weeks as nobody asks for it. The only real variation I get is weather or not my customers want their paint polished. So I will be offering an economy detail for just exterior detail and seal, and a standard exterior detail using an AIO. As for paint correction stuff, it's labor intensive and not many can do it properly and safely. While my standard detailing is priced based off of $25/hr and how long I know a car will typically take me to do, paint correction work is based on a rate of $50/hr. for my standard exterior detail, it's still based off $25/hr because it's not necessarily a paint correction type of service IMO as I do a quick job with my Rupes polisher and do maybe 3 medium speed section passes before moving on. It really ups the gloss and you get some correction, but it's nothing to the level of full blown paint correction. Most people are extremely satisfied with this. those who demand more are going to pay for it as my one step paint correction is double the price of just going over the vehicle with an AIO.

The first one on your list is what I would call a mini valet and should take about an hour and be priced at 65,number 2 is a quick exterior freshen up on either a newish car or a car that has had a full exterior detail in the not to distant past taking about 2-3 hours and priced at 150,but its the last one that you are giving yourself away on that job is a full exterior detail taking at least 8-9 hours costing 400-500,as has been pointed out set an hourly rate for each measure,be confident and justify your prices.
