So my T-mobile bill is 1000.64 says i went wayyyy over my mins and text is this even possible my plan is 600 mins and text 1000 i never talk on the phone

It's possible but improbable... compare the minutes claimed for the last 3 days of the cycle vs the calls in your call log... feel free to call them out on it (no pun intended).

Phone companies screw up big sometimes and even if they won't admit their mistake, fight with them and offer to pay for an unlimited plan for that month and a couple months after - my buddy did that and it worked after his phone racked up a couple hundred in internet charges in his pocket.

definitely, check against your statement and contact them if you have any questions! i would be :hairpull and :faint: if i ever had a phone bill that high...

called them today i guess someone did get a clone with using a different sad thing is i still have to pay they lowered to half of it still though :( thanks though

I would refuse it. Definitely not something I would pay for! I had it happen with Verizon once where my bill was improperly charged and I talked to whoever was at the top that would talk to me and they finally cut my bill to what I usually did. They just averaged my last 6 months bills.

Yeah you should never have to pay for something fraudulent. Whether it's charges on your cards, phone bills, whatever. Keep on fighting.

my contract (one year) with them will be up in april and i'm debating whether to go somewhere else (i pay $49.99 for 1500 minutes which is hard to beat). the thing i don't like about t-mobile is there lack of new and different phones, they are behind in the competition (verizon)...

I would try contacting this email address for help:

ExecutiveResponse@T-Mobile.com

Consumerist article about the above email:

Email Addresses: Email Tmobile Executive Customer Service

This is the executive response support line, basically they are premier support. This started with Sprint (we know how lovely Sprint support is supposed to be, though personally I LOVE Sprint) and the concept spread. You work with regular support. If they give you the run around, contact the above.

If that doesn't work, I think it may be a time for an EECB (Executive Email Carpet Bomb). This is your last resort, and assuming everything you told us is TRUE, then keep trying to only pay what you owe.

How to do an EECB:

Complaint Letters: How To Launch An Executive Email Carpet Bomb

T-Mobile CEO Email: rdotson [at] t-mobile.com/robert.dotson@T-mobile.com (possibly go to same place)

The rest will be up to you to find.
